Traditional South African Boerewors
This product is available to pre-order for collection at Westhill Market, Saturday 7th August 2021
Traditional boerewors is usually formed into a continuous spiral and we sell it vacuum packed in approx. 500g rolls at £10 per kilo. As we cannot guarantee the rolls to be exactly 500g we are charging £5.50 per pack so any monies due will be refunded on the day.
Boerewors literally translates as “Farmers Sausage”
Our Boerewors is made by H.M. Sheridan from Ballater using coarsely minced Scottish beef combined with minced pork and spices from South Africa.
The boerewors is vacuum packed and is suitable for home freezing.
