Traditional South African Boerewors
Boerewors literally translates as “Farmers Sausage”
Our Boerewors is made by H.M. Sheridan from Ballater using coarsely minced Scottish beef combined with minced pork and spices from South Africa. Traditional boerewors is usually formed into a continuous spiral and we sell it vacuum packed in approx. 1 Kg rolls and 500g rolls. £11 per kilo.
The boerewors is vacuum packed and is suitable for home freezing.

Ingredients: Beef, Pork, Salt, Cereal (Wheat Gluten), Maize Starch, Spices and Spice Extracts, Dextrose, Flavourings (MSG Flavour Enhancer), Preservative (Sodium Metabisulphite), Antioxidants (Sodium Erythrobate), TBHQ, Vegetable Oil (Canola Seed).
