Freddy Hirsch – Hunters Biltong Spice (200g)
Celebrated Spice Blend. A sweet savoury flavoured spice with top notes of coriander & black pepper.
Ingredients: Flavouring, Coriander*, Salt, Sucrose, Black Pepper*. *Irradiated ingredients.
Suggested usage: 40-50g/kg of meat. Mix spice and meat. Marinade overnight. Hang and dry as desired.
Store sachet out of direct sunlight under cool, dry conditions. Re-seal open sachet.
