Lion Red Speckled Sugar Beans – 500g Bag
Approved as part of the Heart and Stroke Foundation Eating Plan.
Preparation Instructions:
- Rinse beans with cold water until running clear.
- Soak beans in twice as much boiled water for 1 hour.
- Drain soaked water and add enough water to cover beans.
- Cook for 1 hour or until soft. Add more water when necessary during the cooking process.
Important: Only add salt and other ingredients in the last 30 minutes of the cooking time.
Store in a cool dry place
