Definitions:

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect the Buyers statutory rights as a Consumer. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice and the Terms and Conditions applicable to each such Contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be those prevailing at the time of an order being placed by the buyer. Placing an order for goods on the Capescot (SA) Ltd website shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyers acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions has been agreed with the invalid illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.

Any recommendation or suggestion relating to any of the Goods and made by the seller is given in good faith, but it is for the Buyer to satisfy himself as to the suitability of the Goods for the buyers purposes.

Capescott (SA) Ltd does not disclose Buyer’s information to third parties without the Buyer’s consent, except to the extent required to perform the sale.

We use a third party to process our transactions and do not view or hold your credit card details in our database.
Price and Payment:
All prices quoted on the website include VAT. All goods will be invoiced at the prices given when placing your order. The price of Goods does not include delivery charges. Delivery will be charged as follow:
£4.90 per parcel weighing under 2kg – UK Mainland including Scottish-highlands only.
£9.90 per parcel weighing between 2kg and 20kg – UK Mainland including Scottish-highlands only.
Parcels weighing more than 20kg – we will contact you with delivery charge.
The total purchase price, including delivery charges will be displayed in the Buyers shopping cart prior to confirming the order. Payment of the price including delivery charges where applicable must be received in full before Goods will be dispatched. Payment is to be made by any of the credit or debit cards accepted by the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to adjust the price of any item on the website at its discretion. The Seller reserves the right to withdraw any Goods from the Website at any time.

Ordering:
Any orders placed are subject to the availability of goods and acceptance by the Seller. The Seller may choose not to accept an order for any reason. Where the Goods ordered by the Buyer are not available from stock, the Buyer shall be notified and given the option to either wait until the goods are available from stock or cancel the order and receive a full refund. You will receive an e-mail to confirm that the order has been placed as well as a confirmation e-mail when the order has been dispatched.
Dispatch & Delivery:
We use a variety of well-known couriers for delivering orders. We deliver to UK Mainland (Including Scottish Highlands) only. For other geographical areas, please contact us to discuss on an individual basis. We deliver parcels of up to 20kg only. If your order needs to be packed in multiple parcels, the cost for delivery multiply accordingly. We aim to pack your parcel into 1 to keep costs at a minimum.
Goods will be dispatched on Wednesdays and Fridays. You will receive an e-mail to confirm that the order has been placed as well as a confirmation e-mail when the order has been dispatched. Delivery time will normally be 2 or 3 working days after the day of dispatch. Delivery time frames are an estimation only, not a guarantee. It is the Buyers responsibility to ensure that arrangements are made for their orders to be received at the address stated when the order was placed.
Acceptance of Goods:
The Buyer must check the Goods for damages and / or shortages against the delivery note before signing for acceptance. Any damage or shortage must be indicated on the delivery note at the time of delivery.
The Buyer shall notify the Seller within 24 Hours of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
Cancellation and Returns:
We aim to display the date of any product within 21 days of its best before date. If you need information on any of the products, please e-mail us on sales@capescot.co.uk before placing an order. Should the Buyer wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider any reasonable request.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Seller shall be entitled to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
