Crown National – National Drywors Seasoning (1kg)

Crown National Drywors Seasoning – use to make your high protein snack.  Drywors or Droewors in Afrikaans simply translates as Dried Sausage.  A favourite South African snack.  Made using thin boerewors and dried using a food dehydrator box.  This delicious snack is great for on the road, during and after sport and definitely while watching the rugby!

  1. Select meat and weigh
  2. Calculate spice required @ 27g /kg of meat
  3. Mix the meat and spice
  4. Optional – Add worcester sauce or vinegar @ 50 – 100g/kg of meat
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight
  6. Mince 4.5mm/5mm and fill
  7. Hang to dry

Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Herb & Spice extracts, MSG (Flavour enhancer), Preservative (Sodium metabisulphite, sulphur dioxide), Anti-caking agent, Spice extracts (TBHQ), Acidity regulator, Flavourings, Oil (Palm Fruit), Spice extracts (Celery), Dehydrated vegetable (onion), Antioxidant (sodium erythorbate)

Allergens: Celery

Store in cool dry conditions away from direct sunlight.
