Crown National Safari Chilli Bite Seasoning – use to make your high protein snack. A favourite South African snack. Made using steak, spiced and dried using a food dehydrator box. This delicious snack is great for on the road, during and after sport and definitely while watching the rugby!
Manufactured in a factory that uses Cow’s Milk, Egg, Mustard, Soy, Wheat.
Store in cool dry conditions away from direct sunlight

It doesn’t take long to prepare the meat ready to hang in your dehydrator box and as it’s drier than biltong you need smaller cuts of meat or to dry for longer. You’ll find plenty tips on making biltong on YouTube
