Freddy Hirsch Kalahari Biltong Spice – use to make your high protein snack. A favourite South African snack. Made using steak, spiced and dried using a food dehydrator box. This delicious snack is great for on the road, during and after sport and definitely while watching the rugby!

Store bag flat in cool dry conditions. Re-seal opened packs.
It doesn’t take long to prepare the meat ready to hang in your dehydrator box and depending on how you like your biltong wet – dry, fatty or not you can select the joint of meat and dry for shorter or longer periods of time to get it perfect every time.
