Robertsons Meat Tenderiser – Soften beef, lamb, pork and veal till it’s succulent – because even the toughest cuts should have a tender side. Sprinkle lightly over meat before any other spices, or add to a marinade. Use sparingly. Give it about an hour to rest then cook meat as normal.
