Safari Biltong Seasoning (1kg)
USAGE:
1) Cut the meat into strips and weigh
2) Calculate spice required @ 45g/kg of cut meat
3) Optional – Add worcester sauce or vinegar
4) Mix the meat and spice well and refrigerate overnight
5) Hang to dry
Ingredients: Flavour Blend, (salt, maize flour, maize meal, Colourants, Flavourings (Celery), Sugar, MSG (Flavour Enhancer), Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat (Palm Fruit), Anti caking agent, Acidity Regulator, Capsicum Extract (TBHQ), Spices & Spice Extracts, Salt, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Sugar, Colourant.
Allergens: Celery.
Manufactured in a factory that uses Cow’s Milk, Egg, Mustard, Soy, Wheat.
Store in cool dry conditions away from direct sunlight.
